Our latest project championing storytelling in Toronto's parks brings public art to Malvern.
Scarborough Made in the Parks launches this month to put a spotlight on community stories.
Dear Community,
With almost eight months in the making, we’re excited to share our latest public art installation as part of the Toronto Arts Foundations: Arts in the Parks initiative.
Our newest project places a hyperlocal focus on Malvern. Seeing Malvern undergo many changes over the past few years, it’s been important for us to spotlight the community that calls Malvern home.

This project was made possible with strategic funding from Toronto Arts Foundation & Toronto Arts Council as part of the Arts in the Parks initiative.
Scarborough Made in the Parks expands on the yearly programming by the Scarborough Made artist collective to now engage parkgoers in Toronto’s East. The project aims to engage the communities through documentary storytelling and public art to represent and amplify the diverse narratives of local neighbourhoods.
