Scarborough Storytellers, apply for our mentorship program today!
We’re calling all emerging Documentary Storytellers, Photojournalists & Filmmakers from Scarborough!
Submissions are open for paid mentorship and exhibition opportunities through initiatives under the Scarborough Made & The Change Made projects!
As part of Arts in the Parks’ Animating Toronto Parks, we will produce a new batch of documentary shorts that activate a local park and engage parkgoers through the arts.
Selected applicants will be supported in developing professional skills around lens-based storytelling for the community and contribute to public art activations hosted across Scarborough this year.
“Change Made centres my work over the last decade through arts, education, and community development. It provides a space to explore and learn about social change through the lens of everyday changemakers while building capacity around impact-driven storytelling.”
- Sid Naidu
